Because our products are spiritually charged and created specifically for each individual order, we maintain a strict no-return and no-exchange policy to preserve the authenticity and integrity of our process.

Returns & Eligibility

We do not accept returns once a product has been worn, used, or delivered. Since each bracelet, crystal, gemstone, or ritual product is customised and energised specifically for the customer, it cannot be restocked or reassigned to another individual. Our products are made on the foundation of belief, personal alignment, and energetic intention, making them non-returnable in nature.

Exchanges

Products purchased from Astrogem are not eligible for exchange. Once a product has been charged, energised, or customised according to your order and personal requirements, it cannot be modified, exchanged, or replaced for another design, stone, or product variation.

Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care in packaging and quality-checking every order before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or broken product, our team is here to support you. Please contact us within 2 Days of receiving your order at astrogemstore.in@gmail.com with clear photos/videos of the issue and your order details. Our team will review the concern and guide you through the required resolution steps.

Refund Process

Refunds are generally not applicable due to the personalised and spiritual nature of our products. However, in certain exceptional cases approved by our support team, refunds may be initiated after proper verification. To request assistance, customers must contact our support team at astrogemstore.in@gmail.com. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days through the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

Return Shipping Costs

As returns and exchanges are not accepted, return shipping is generally not applicable. In cases where our team requests a product inspection for a damaged or defective item, shipping instructions and support will be provided directly by our customer care team.
