Welcome to AstroGem. These Terms of Service ("Terms") describe how astrogem.store (the "Site") and our gemstone jewellery and astrology consultation services (the "Services") work together. By placing an order or browsing the Site, you're agreeing to these Terms — we've tried to keep them clear and fair.

1. About Our Products

We create Vedic astrology-inspired gemstone bracelets, pendants, and rings, and offer personalised consultations with our in-house astrologer. Many pieces are customised and energised using details you share with us, like your birth information or personal intentions. Since these are natural gemstones, slight variations in shade, texture, or size are normal and part of what makes each piece unique — product photos are representative, not exact.

2. Astrology Consultations & Disclaimer

Our consultations and recommendations are offered in the spirit of spiritual and cultural guidance, not as a replacement for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. We can't promise specific outcomes from wearing a gemstone or following astrological guidance — what you do with that guidance is always your own choice.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. Prices are shown in INR, with taxes reflected at checkout. We currently accept prepaid orders only (Cash on Delivery isn't available yet). Once your payment goes through, we get started on your order.

4. Customisation & Order Changes

Because many of our pieces are personalised and energised just for you, we ask that you double-check details like size, stone, or engraving before checkout. If you need to make a change or cancel, please reach out within a few hours of ordering — see our Refund Policy for the specifics. Once an order has shipped, we're no longer able to modify or cancel it.

5. Shipping

You'll find our shipping timelines and charges in our Shipping Policy. Once your order is handed to our courier partner, responsibility for it transfers to you.

6. Intellectual Property

Everything on the Site — text, graphics, logos, photography, and our astrological write-ups — belongs to AstroGem and is protected under Indian law. We're happy for you to enjoy and share it, but please don't reuse our content commercially without checking with us first.

7. User Conduct

We simply ask that you use the Site respectfully — no attempts to misuse it, access it without authorisation, or provide false information when ordering or booking a consultation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AstroGem isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Site or our Services. If something does go wrong, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for that order or consultation.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally as our business grows. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you're on board with the new version.
