Shipping Policy

Processing Time

We process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. If your order is customised or tied to a consultation, it may take a touch longer - we'll keep you posted if so.

Delivery Time

Once on its way, your order should reach you within 4-7 business days, depending on your location and our courier partner's network. Delivery may take a little longer during festivals, big sales, or unexpected courier delays - thanks for your patience if that happens!

Shipping Charges

Any shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your payment.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp so you can follow along.

Payment Method

We currently accept prepaid orders only — Cash on Delivery (COD) isn't available just yet.

Shipping Areas

Right now we ship across India. If you're hoping to order from outside India, drop us a line at astrogemstore.in@gmail.com before placing your order and we'll see what we can do.

Delays & Issues

If your order seems to be taking longer than expected, or you haven't received tracking info within 3 days of dispatch, just reach out to astrogemstore.in@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
